Tandoori Chicken Legs

Tandoori is an Indian style of cooking that uses a marinade made from yogurt, lime and spices. This is a easy to follow recipe and I'm very sure that everybody will love it.

Ingredients:

1 8oz container of plain yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 tsp of ground cumin
11/2 tsp of ground chili powder
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
8 medium skinless whole chicken legs

Here's how:

*  In a big ziploc bag, combine all 9 ingredients, except chicken legs. Mix it carefully then add the chicken.

*  Make it sure that the chicken legs are all coated. Air out then seal the ziploc, Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.

*  Place the rack on top then pre heat the oven for 425F. Place the jelly roll pan with foil for easy clean up.

*  Then place the cookie cooling rack on top of the foiled jelly pan, if you don't have one never mind. Foiled jelly roll pan also work.

*  Arrange the chicken legs on top of the cookie cooling rack or foiled jelly roll pan. But make sure that the chicken legs has a thick coating of the marinate.

*  Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

*  When it's cooked serve it in the plater and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.

Enjoy your meal!!!
